Service of process is the entire product line. The list below is what actually arrives in our intake, grouped the way clients tend to describe it.
Civil litigation documents
Summonses and complaints, subpoenas, small claims papers, motions, court orders, garnishments and writs. Each one comes back with an affidavit describing who accepted it, where and when.
Family court documents
Divorce papers, custody orders, child support papers, spousal support papers and personal protection orders. These are handled with the timing they deserve, because a protection order that sits in a queue helps nobody.
Property and collections documents
Notices to quit, demands for possession, writs of eviction, foreclosure documents and lien notices. Same day service is available when a notice date is already running against you.
Corporate and registered agent service
Corporations, limited liability companies and registered agents served at their Michigan business addresses. The result is documented exactly the way a personal serve is documented.
When the person has moved or is avoiding service
A hard serve is not a separate product and we do not bill it as one. When an address turns out to be stale, we work to identify a current one and keep attempting. Every attempt is written down, including the ones that fail, because a documented pattern of avoidance is itself useful to the party who hired us.

- Standard scheduling, with attempts across days, evenings and weekends.
- Rush
- Priority first attempt, moved to the front of the queue.
- Same day
- Call early and a server can attempt the same day. This is the lane for court deadlines and protection orders.
Every quote is free and given by phone, because the honest number depends on the address, the mileage, how many people have to be served and how complicated the matter is.
Not on the list, and deliberately so
We do not provide legal advice, case status, court records, court dates, court forms, hearing schedules, police reports, court filing, electronic filing, document retrieval, notary only services, standalone skip tracing, pet registration papers or package courier delivery. Naming what we do not sell saves everybody a phone call.
