Michigan coverage, and the honest limits of it
We work in Michigan only. Inside the state we cover four counties every day and reach the rest on request.
Covered daily
Macomb, Oakland, Wayne and Washtenaw counties see a server every working day. Our office sits in Troy, in Oakland County, which puts the four of them inside a short drive of one another.

The rest of Michigan, on request
Addresses outside the four daily counties are accepted on request, anywhere in the state. Ask when you send the documents and we will tell you plainly whether the timing you need is realistic for that address, rather than accepting the work and explaining later.
What we will turn down
We do not perform service of process outside Michigan and we do not take international service. If your named party lives in another state, say so at intake and we will tell you that on the first call instead of the third.
A note on courthouses
When a page on this site names a court, it means we serve papers connected to a matter in that court. It never means we are part of that court, speak for it or can tell you anything about your case there.
